Eligibility for service recognition:

1. Service pins will be presented to those employees who have completed five years of service to the school district. Additional pins will be presented at five-year intervals (10, 15, 20, etc.). The superintendent and/or designee shall set the presentation of this recognition -- preferably in the spring of the year.

2. Service plaques will be presented to those employees who have completed a minimum of fifteen years of service to the school district, upon leaving the school district or retirement. The superintendent and/or designee shall set the presentation of this recognition—preferably in the spring of the year.
