D. Field Trip:  Mr. Eischeid and FFA Member would like to request permission to hold an overnight officer retreat involving camping on June 13-15 at either Springbrook State Park (Guthrie Center) or Spring Lake County Park (Jefferson). FFA is currently waiting on details regarding campsite reservations before making a final location decision. This will involve between 8-10 students and include team bonding, 2024-25 FFA chapter planning, leadership development activities, and recreation activities. All expenses (fees, meals, materials) will be handled by the FFA chapter.

E.   Donations:  Rachael Hutchings would like to donate $500 to the CHS Band Program.
